Ed Forristall has been with Real Estate 109 for over four years. Ed brings 20 years of experience in title insurance and closings which makes him an ideal broker to assist buyers through the process if finding and closing on a home. Ed has a BS from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and graduated in 1992.

Chris McVay joined Real Estate 109 in 2010 and she handles all of the commercial leasing and sales for the office. She works with Belmont residents on residential sales as well.
Chris has a background in urban planning, having graduated from Boston University with a Masters in Urban Planning and Public Policy. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Chris worked for the Town of Lexington on economic development initiatives and transportation planning. She also worked as a consultant for the Town of Belmont. In this capacity she worked on the McLean Hospital Redevelopment Plan and the Cushing Square Overlay District.
Chris lives in Belmont and has three children in the Belmont Public Schools. She is active in Belmont town politics, being a Town Meeting Member in Precinct 3 and an active member of the Energy Committee. She was also the co-chair of the Capital Projects Overview Committee.
Chris enjoys working with landlords to find quality tenants in addition to helping tenants find retail and office space.

Paul has been with Real Estate 109 since 2006 after several years in the financial services marketing and accounting fields. He has worked in various positions with John Hancock and Sun Life Financial in marketing brokerage services, annuities, long-term care insurance and mortgage banking. With this very diversified background, Paul has a great deal of experience with change which enables him to connect quickly with his client’s needs. He takes pride in having an excellent understanding of what’s important to each client and fulfilling their home goals.
Paul lived in the South End for nearly 20 years and spent his time there renovating and resorting his units. He now lives in Watertown in a renovated bungalow and has been working with the the civic organization, World in Watertown and is a board member of Watertown Community Housing.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Albany.
