Without Peter’s tremendous patience, insightful advice, vast knowledge, kindness, and sense of humor, we would not have been able to move into our first home together. We cannot thank you enough!

It is a pleasure to write this testimonial in support of Paul Moreton and Realty 109.  I had moved away from the Boston area and they helped me sell a rental property In Boston that I had owned for 40 years.  Paul was an excellent realtor.  He went out of his way to assist with getting things done and letting people into the property to make repairs and inspections.  He contacted tenants to let them know of scheduled work and pretty much handled everything that needed to be done.  He is an excellent communicator, kept me fully informed of what was going on, what needed to be done and what to expect next.  I would highly recommend Paul and Realty 109 if you wish to sell your home.  They provide excellent service and are an outstanding company.

When I was looking to buy a house a friend said I needed to work with Peter Boyajian because he was the best realtor she had ever met. She was right. He spent hours taking me to a variety of houses and apartments and lofts. I felt like he was invested in helping me find a home, not just selling me a house. He found me a gem and I couldn't be happier.

Ed was a pure joy to work with! I had inquired about a listing of his I had seen. He promptly responded and set up a time to see the property. On the day of, we realized the place wouldn’t work out due to the strict dog size restriction. Ed got a gauge of what size and price range we were looking for. He said if I can’t find the right place in 3 to 4 houses, I’m not your realtor but I think I know the place for you. With that, we headed over to 60 Channing. When we walked in, we knew it was our future home. After seeing upwards of 15 places with all different agents, we were amazed that Ed was able to meet our needs in one try.

Not only did Ed manage to find our dream place, he was also so kind and thoughtful in the process. He wanted to make sure the fit was right for us and the homeowners. He arranged a meeting for all of us and after that, it was magic for all parties involved. We are now happily in our new home all thanks to Ed! If we ever move, we will, without a doubt, reach out to Ed again. 

We bought our first house with Paul Moreton of Real Estate 109, and the experience could not have been better.  As first time homeowners we had a lot to learn along the way, and Paul walked us through each step from narrowing down neighborhoods, selecting homes to see in person, and identifying what to look for in evaluating properties. He followed us all the way through the offer and closing process.  For many weeks in a row Paul spent both Saturday and Sunday with us visiting properties, sometimes with two appointments a day to accommodate our toddler's nap time!  He had a great eye for what we wanted and what the houses lacked or offered. I was very pleased with the service Real Estate 109.  We were first time home buyers and in today's market it can be quite a challenge to land a home.

Paul Moreton went with us every weekend to look at houses, even insisting at times to come.  Sometimes we would try to tell him to take a break but he still came.  When he couldn't come, and we told him we wanted to make in offer on a house, he would go and check it out before the offer was made to give his opinion on price.

From his perspective it must have been a little frustrating working with us because, admittedly, I am frugal and need to feel like I am getting a deal on everything I buy.  So I probably low balled some offers.  That didn't matter and he stuck with us on multiple offers on multiple places. There was no pressure to buy or increase offers, he truly was working for us in our best interest.   We did open houses almost every weekend for 6 months till we landed the one we wanted at a great price in Melrose!     

Ed has been extremely helpful to us over the years. He has given us great advice, found trustworthy tenants, and helped us manage tenant issues and maintenance problems. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
